Bisi Bele Bath Powder
The Royal Mysore Blend.
Health & everyday wellness
- Rice and lentils together give complete protein; vegetables make it a one-pot nourishing lunch.
- Spices like cinnamon and clove add warmth — traditionally valued in Mysore-style cooking.
A hearty, home-style meal supports recovery days and busy weekdays alike when ingredients are real and freshly ground.
Without chemicals
We keep the royal Mysore character without cutting corners using artificial colour or flavour chemicals.
Step-by-step in your kitchen
Step 1
Cook rice and dal
Cook rice and toor dal together or separately until very soft — BBB loves a mushy merge.
Step 2
Simmer vegetables
Boil beans, carrot, peas, potato, or seasonal mix in tamarind water until tender.
Step 3
Spice the gravy
Add Ojas Bisi Bele Bath Powder; simmer until thick and aromatic. Adjust salt and tamarind.
Step 4
Combine
Stir in cooked rice-dal mash. Add ghee, cashews if you like, and a pinch of garam warmth from tempering.
Step 5
Rest and serve
Cover and rest a few minutes so flavours meld. Serve with boondi, raita, or chips.
