Chutney Pudi
Traditional Peanut & Garlic spice mix.
Health & everyday wellness
- Peanuts and lentils contribute protein and healthy fats when used as a condiment in sensible portions.
- Garlic and chillies are traditionally used to stimulate appetite and add punch without bottled sauces.
A spoonful with idli or curd rice makes plain meals exciting — so you reach for home food instead of ultra-processed snacks.
Without chemicals
Roasted at home-style temperatures, not bulk-fried in mystery oil — no chemical anti-caking agents in our recipe.
Step-by-step in your kitchen
Step 1
Choose your pairing
Works with idli, dosa, uttapam, curd rice, or even as a sprinkle on warm chapati.
Step 2
Layer on ghee or oil
For idli-dosa, spread a thin smear of ghee or sesame oil so the powder sticks and the flavour opens up.
Step 3
Sprinkle and press
Add a spoon of Ojas Chutney Pudi and press gently with the back of the spoon for even coverage.
Step 4
Optional crunch toast
For extra aroma, warm the powder in dry pan 10 seconds before serving — watch heat so peanuts do not scorch.
